Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
These terms apply when you buy velar.one blog post automation — as a consumer or for a business. Please read them before you order; you accept them in the sign-up form.
Who we are
velar.one is a service of Velar Cloud, provided by Huotari OÜ, registry code 16614218, VAT number EE102556708, Pronksi tn 3-24, 10124 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: support@velar.one.
The service
We plan, write and publish blog posts for your website on a subscription. Every plan includes:
- posts of about 1,200–1,500 words, planned around what your customers search for, with headings, a meta title and a meta description
- a featured image and 1–2 images inside each post
- a monthly content plan based on your keywords, and topic requests at any time
- publishing on the weekdays you choose — automatically, or as drafts on your own site that you publish yourself (draft mode)
- one rewrite of a post if you ask within 7 days of its publishing
- support by email
Plans differ only in the number of posts per month, shown on the pricing page. Your posts are written in one language of your choice — English, Finnish, German, French or Spanish — and each extra language you order gets the same posts in that language.
Ordering and getting started
You order by filling in the sign-up form and paying by card on Stripe’s secure checkout. The contract is made when the payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation with a link to these terms.
After payment you answer questions about your business and content, and we connect your website together on a short setup call. Your first post is ready within 5 working days of the setup call.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. You pay in advance by card, monthly or yearly. On monthly billing your first month is half price; a yearly plan costs the same as ten months. Each extra language costs 50% of the plan price. Companies with a valid EU VAT ID outside Estonia are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Stripe sends your receipts and invoices.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while. During that time we may pause your posts, and if the payment still fails, the subscription ends.
Changing your plan
You can switch plans anytime on your billing page (“Manage subscription”). The new plan starts right away, and the difference for the rest of the period is settled automatically. If you have extra languages, email us and we change your plan for you.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime on your billing page or by email. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and we deliver posts until then. Paid periods are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.
The posts and images we have delivered stay yours after you cancel.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was made, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days have passed, for example by email to support@velar.one. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
Because you asked us in the sign-up form to start right away, we begin within the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until you told us, and we refund the rest within 14 days to the card you paid with.
Model withdrawal form — To Huotari OÜ (velar.one), Pronksi tn 3-24, 10124 Tallinn, Estonia, support@velar.one: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: velar.one plan ____, ordered on ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____. Signature (only if sent on paper).
Businesses don’t have a right of withdrawal.
Your part
- Give us correct information about your business. We write from your answers and public sources, but you know your business best.
- Only give us material you have the right to use, such as texts, logos and product names.
- Keep the connection to your website working, and tell us if it changes.
- Check posts on topics where mistakes matter — such as health, law, money or safety. Draft mode lets you read every post before it goes live.
- Make sure your website follows the rules that apply to it, for example if you must tell readers that content is made with AI.
Content and rights
Posts and images are created with AI tools from your instructions. Once paid for, you may use, edit, publish and keep the posts and images we deliver to you, also after the subscription ends. We don’t sell your posts or reuse them for other customers, and we show your posts as examples only with your permission.
What we can’t promise
We do our best to deliver useful posts on schedule, but we can’t guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales — they depend on many things outside our control. Short delays can happen, for example when your website or an AI service is unavailable; we catch up as soon as we can.
Liability
If you buy for a business, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event that caused the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit. These limits don’t apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
Ending the service from our side
We may pause or end the service if you seriously break these terms — for example by not paying, or by asking for unlawful or misleading content. We may also stop offering velar.one with 30 days’ notice; you then get back what you paid for the time after the end date.
Changes to these terms and prices
We tell customers about changes to these terms or to prices by email at least 30 days before they take effect. A change applies from your next billing period; if you don’t accept it, you can cancel before then.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can take a dispute to the courts there.
Please contact us first — most things are solved quickly. Consumers can also turn to a consumer dispute body: in Estonia the Consumer Disputes Committee, in Finland the Consumer Disputes Board. For cross-border purchases, the European Consumer Centre of your country can help.
Disputes with businesses are settled in Harju County Court in Tallinn.
